Our Promise We want you to love every Aurora Hair Lab product. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Returns Most returns are simple and straightforward. Items returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, unopened condition — with all original tags and packaging — are eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee In most cases, no restocking fee applies. A 15% restocking fee is only deducted when items are returned outside of standard conditions (e.g., missing original packaging or tags). If you're unsure whether your return qualifies, just reach out — we'll let you know before you ship anything back.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened personal care or beauty products, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, and custom or personalized orders.

Damages & Defects Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@aurorahairlab.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges To ensure you receive your desired product quickly, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order separately.

How to Start a Return Email us at info@aurorahairlab.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, your refund (less any applicable restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If you haven't received it within 15 business days of approval, contact us at info@aurorahairlab.com.

EU & European Economic Area (EEA) Customers — Your Rights If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@aurorahairlab.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened personal care or hygiene products, including hair care products that have been unsealed after delivery.
