At Aurora Hair Lab, we offer flexible subscription and purchase options to help you maintain your hair care routine effortlessly. This policy outlines how our subscription program works and how you can manage your subscription.

How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to a product, you'll receive automatic shipments based on your selected delivery frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment is processed.
You'll receive an email reminder before each upcoming shipment, giving you time to make any changes to your subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account at aurorahairlab.com. From your account dashboard, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Update product quantities
- Modify your shipping address
- Update payment information
- Pause or cancel your subscription
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. To cancel:
- Log into your account at aurorahairlab.com
- Navigate to your subscription settings
- Select "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after your order has been processed cannot be refunded, but you may return the product according to our Refund Policy.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you need a temporary break, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling. Paused subscriptions can be reactivated at any time from your account dashboard.
Modifying Upcoming Orders
You can skip or modify your next shipment at any time, as long as the order hasn't been processed yet. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled shipment date.
Refunds & Returns
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. If you're not satisfied with a subscription shipment, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to our 15% restocking fee.
Payment & Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment. If your payment fails, we'll notify you via email and attempt to process payment again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be paused until payment information is updated.
