Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. Orders may arrive before or after this timeframe depending on carrier schedules, weather conditions, and destination.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost for customers who need their products sooner.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you have questions about international shipping, please contact us at info@aurorahairlab.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status. If you don't receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, Aurora Hair Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@aurorahairlab.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
