Aurora Hair Lab’s Rice Water Hair Spray with Rosemary & Flax Seed is a rich, thicker formula created to help strengthen fragile hair, reduce breakage, replenish moisture, and support healthy hair growth and length retention.
Powered by rice water, rosemary, flax seed, and peppermint, this nutrient-rich treatment is especially beneficial for curly, coily, 4C and textured hair, as well as locs, braids, twists and other protective styles.
Why the Thicker Consistency?
Many rice water sprays are thin and water-like. Ours has a richer, more concentrated consistency designed to provide substantial strengthening and moisturizing care rather than simply a light mist.
Because of its thickness, dispensing through the spray nozzle may occasionally require a little extra effort. We include an additional snap cap with every order so you can choose the application method that works best for you.
We’re also working on a lightweight mist for those who prefer a traditional spray experience.

How to Use
Shake well. Apply to the scalp and hair using either the spray nozzle or included snap cap. Massage into the scalp and distribute through the hair as needed.
For braids, twists, locs and protective styles, apply between sections to help maintain scalp and hair moisture between wash days.
A little goes a long way — start small and add more as needed.

I absolutely love this stuff. It actually moisturizes my hair and my scalp without making either one feel greasy. That's honestly my favorite part. So many products leave this weird oily film or make your hair look shiny in a bad way, but this doesn't do that at all. It just sinks in and leaves my hair feeling really soft and hydrated. My scalp feels so much better too. It's lightweight, doesn't weigh my hair down, and a little goes a long way. I'll definitely be buying this again.
Bought it a few months ago wanted to give it a try before leaving a review and I have to say it did not disappoint! Not only does it smell great but it really does moisturize my hair I’m always on the go and it’s so convenient for me just a few sprays and a quick style and I’m out the door oh and my 6 year old daughter loves it as well she says it smells good and it makes combing her hair less painful and as a mom that’s a relief knowing she’s not feeling any discomfort I’ve also notice some hair growth I love it !
This rice water is awesome I’ve been using for about a year now and my hair has grown more this past year than it’s has in the 10 years I’ve been growing it and it works great in the morning to get my locks to stay down when I forget to wear my dorag the night before
